This small scale remodel is for an 80 year old home in the Washington Park neighborhood of Denver. The client was looking to remove the existing dilapidated rear porch enclosure, and add a new finished sun room and utility room to the home. An additional 4’ roof cover was added to the rear addition to protect the home owners from the elements as they enter from the detached garage behind the home, and to add another layer of visual interest to the addition.  In addition we reconfigured the awkward interior stair up to the second floor to provide a more comfortable climb up the second floor. This project is slated for construction this summer.
